Availability is based on the needs of CITS and Central Administration followed by a first come, first serve basis from other schools and departments. Please request your Webinar reservation at least 2 weeks prior to your Event. Zoom meetings are ideal for hosting more interactive sessions where youll want to have lots of. Please use your Outlook Calendaring feature to reserve a 100 (CITS Zoom Webinar 100), 500 (CITS Zoom Webinar 500) or 1,000 (CITS Zoom Webinar 1000) Webinar license. Note: price ranges from $350-$8,675 annually.

Each department must pay for their own individual license for Zoom Webinar. This link may be placed on a public website. Participants are able to screen share, turn on their video and audio, and see who else is in the meeting.

Once the Webinar is in session, the host may promote any participant/attendee to a panelist and/or allow a participant to speak by unmuting.ĭo NOT advertise this link on a public website (Internet). Zoom Webinars and Zoom Meetings are part of the Zoom platform that offer a video and web conferencing service, allowing participants from varied locations to get together and view and listen to the same content. Only panelists are visible to all participants and only panelists can speak during the Webinar. Typically, webinar attendees do not interact with one another. The host can mute or request to unmute participants. Webinars are ideal for large audiences or events that are open to the public.
